Fall registration is live and runs through the end of this week. Be sure to use the resources provided through your academic advising hub, all of which have been linked below.
If you have any questions about registration, please reach out to your advising hub. They are your best resource for all things advising and registration.
After registration closes, your fall bill is generated. Details on how to view your bill, including the links to access the site as a student or parent/authorized payer can be found here.
To ensure your bill is accurate, please make sure you have submitted all required paperwork to the Office of Financial Aid. To support you in this, RPI's Office of Financial Aid has added Vera, an artificial agent, as a resource for students and families.
If you receive a phone or email contact from Vera, please participate actively to receive information about what is needed to finalize your financial aid package and how to follow-up. Our goal is to ensure your awards appear properly when your Fall 2026 billing statement is provided. If you have any questions about Vera, please contact the Office of Financial Aid directly at finaid@rpi.edu or 518-276-6813.

What to do NOWSubmit Your ID Photo
Your RPI ID Card is a vital part of navigating our campus community. With your ID Card, you can access your residence hall and academic buildings, use your meal plan, and identify yourself as part of the RPI community. ID photos were due on July 10, 2026. If you have not done so already, upload your photo here.
Complete Required Percipio Trainings
RPI requires every incoming student complete mandatory online programs the summer before they arrive on campus. The first set of programs, which are hosted through our online learning platform, Percipio, focus on an academic overview, academic integrity, and cyber security. You now have access to these programs and will have until August 12, 2026 to complete them.
To complete these learning programs, sign into Percipio. Review how to log in and find these modules here.
Please note some majors may require you to complete additional learning programs.

Summer Academic Engagement Opportunity
We’re excited to share that you may soon be able to access early academic materials in chemistry and physics before the fall semester begins.
This is a great opportunity to preview key concepts, build confidence, and get a head start on subjects critical to your major. Students who engage with early material tend to feel more prepared and perform better in their first-semester courses. We’ll send out more details soon on how to get started. Stay tuned!
Required Online Prevention Education Is Coming Soon!
Starting July 31, you'll receive access to your required online prevention education courses covering alcohol and other drugs, hazing prevention, healthy relationships, and anti-harassment and discrimination.
Complete the courses before you arrive on campus—more details will be shared soon.
