Move in is next week, and we could not be more excited to welcome you to campus! As you start to prepare, we wanted to reach out with a few final notes to ensure a smooth transition this fall.
Access Your Webex Account
Webex is a communication tool used by the RPI community. To connect you with your Adventure Block groups, we've created Webex chats for your block(s). Additionally, we will be launching a Webex group for your entire class! Download Webex and use this platform to connect, ask questions, and celebrate the start of your RPI journey!
Review Your Packing List
Before you start packing, make sure the items you plan to purchase and bring align with Student Living and Learning's What to Bring and What Not to Bring list. Items that fall into the prohibited items category will not be permitted in the Residence Halls.
Pack Important Documents
If you received a federal work study award or plan to work on campus, make sure you bring the necessary forms of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include:

| • | | Your driver's license along with your birth certificate or SS Card |
| • | | Any other Federal ID |
Save yourself from having to overnight these documents by planning ahead.
Please note: the law requires original documents, therefore, copies cannot be accepted.
Purchase Your Fall Semester Books
Now that you've completed your course registration, it's time to purchase your course materials. Check out the RPI Bookstore here for details on the supplies you need to succeed this semester.
