PARENTS: All participants must be registered by their parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult to the event. With each participant registration, indicate whether they will be accompanied by the parent or guardian, or by a group chaperone (indicate the group name, and the chaperone’s name).

GROUP LEADERS: We invite and encourage groups to attend BFTAD. The following is required of group leaders: (a) Provide at least one chaperone for every 6 students attending with your group and have each of them register to participate as a Group Chaperone on the form below; (b) Have each of the parents or guardians of your group register their children individually on the form below in the Parent/Family Information section and list the name of your group and a responsible chaperone for each of their children who will attend; (c) By Jan 27, send an email to STEM-Diversity@rpi.edu indicating the name of your group, the names of all the students you will be bringing to BFTAD, and the names of your chaperones. We will follow up with you no later than Jan 28, to let you know if any of the listed students have not registered so that you can remind them they must be registered to participate in BFTAD.
